Women's Spiritual Spa
Pamper your soul at a Women's Spiritual Spa. A spa is a themed mini retreat with dinner, Bible study, a sampling of spiritual practices, and worship. It's a great opportunity to invite others who maybe don't have a connection to a faith community. No experience needed. ALL are welcome. Spas are held on a Friday night so that there are fewer distractions from the demands of work and family, the evening begins with dinner and some time for connecting with other women. Note: There is no child care provided on-site, so participants can have the opportunity to focus on renewal and refreshment at the retreat. Watch for new and up coming Spas in the future.

New Small Groups – Real Life Together
Have you been yearning for a place to talk about real life in real ways? Would you enjoy talking to others about ways you see God at work in the world? Joining a small group is a great next step in your faith journey. Groups consist of 5-6 couples or 8-10 individuals, and meet at a time and place agreed upon by the group. Groups are available for couples, men or women in a variety of life stages and circumstances. New small groups are formed at our Group Launch events, held two times each year.

New groups are forming soon, and the following existing small groups are also looking to add members:
· Women who are empty nesters – meets 2nd Monday each month, 7 PM
· Parent group (kids come too) – meets 1st & 3rd Thursday, 9:30 AM. This group has stay-at-home dads also.
· Mixed ages women’s group – meets every other Wednesday, 6:30 PM
· Women in their 20’s – 40’s – meets 1st Sunday each month, 6:30 PM
· Women in their 40’s-50’s – meets 2nd & 4th Thursday, 5:30 PM

Faith Exploration 1.0
Meets Wednesdays, 6:45 – 8 PM. Led by Pastor Kiri Solberg. This new class is for those new to the Christian/Lutheran Faith or those seeking a refresher on the basics. Bring your questions. Sunday Morning Bible Study

It’s Greek to Me
Meets every Monday, 6:30 – 7:45PM, starting October 1. Led by Rev. Rich Lindeman. An introduction to Biblical Greek, the language of the New Testament. Special emphasis given to developing skills for reading and understanding the nuances of the Bible’s original language. $25 fee for textbook and class handouts. Sometimes our lives can get really hectic. When that happens it is nice to have an opportunity for retreat, renewal, and refreshment. Spiritual spa is designed to provide just those things that we crave, but instead of manicures and pedicures we will be pampering our spirits.
Recognizing that many people really struggle to fit meaningful time with God into the rhythm of their days and weeks, each Spiritual Spa will have its own theme that will help us explore our relationship with God and one another and provide some practical tools and resources to carry the “retreat” time into daily life. Held on a Friday night or Saturday morning so that there are fewer distractions from the demands of work and family, the retreat will begin with a light and delicious meal and some time for connecting with other women. This is a great opportunity to invite others who maybe don’t have a connection to a faith community. No experience is necessary—all are welcome.

FROGS - Faith's Retired Older Guys is a service group that meets weekly on Thursdays at 8:30 AM. The Frogs perform acts of service in the church building, in the church community, and in the wider community as needed. A time of devotions and fellowship is included in every Frogs meeting.
FROGGETTES - is a group of retired women, most of whom are widowed. They meet monthly for fellowship and support at Denny's in Northtown.
